Control Signal Connections
+5V1 Control signal power supply is positive (built-in power output)
VSP External speed control signal
control method:
1. The speed can be adjusted by changing the voltage of the VSP terminal through an external potentiometer, ranging from 0.4 to 4.8V
2. The speed can be adjusted by changing the duty cycle of external PWM with frequency greater than 50Hz, the range is 15% ~ 96%
X1 Brake signal input, low potential brake, and the red light of the brake status will be always off (brake braking force can be adjusted separately according to user requirements)
FG Motor speed pulse output can be converted to the actual motor speed by measuring the frequency of this signal
DIR The high and low potentials control the motor forward and reverse.
– connect the GND1 motor to reverse (counterclockwise)
– not connect the GND1 motor to forward (clockwise)
EN Motor enables control.
– EN connects to GND1, the motor turns (connected state)
– EN does not connect, the motor does not turn (offline state, the red light in this state is always on)
ALM Alarm output. While in alarm state and outputting low potential, the indicator light is always on
